1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and ezezph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ezezph.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on ezezph, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all games and services available on ezezph, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, online bingo, sports betting, Dragon and Tiger, Queen of Bounty, and any future games or features added to the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to use ezezph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful under applicable local laws.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or representative of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ezezph or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform.

Age Verification

ezezph reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification from any player at any time to verify age and identity. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID (PhilSys), SSS ID, UMID, or any other government-issued photo ID bearing your date of birth. Accounts may be suspended pending verification, and any winnings earned on an account that fails verification may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ezezph. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ezezph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings identified as belonging to a single player operating multiple accounts.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep your account details current at all times. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ezezph is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ezezph will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify ezezph immediately at [email protected].

Account Closure

ezezph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if a player violates these Terms, is found to have provided false information, or engages in conduct that is harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of any game.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

ezezph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP).

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be accepted or credited.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ezezph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, QR Ph) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Most e-wallet withdrawals complete within 10 minutes of approval.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will be held until the minimum is met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the ezezph support team.
• ezezph reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a compliance requirement and not a restriction on legitimate winnings.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional terms before withdrawal is permitted.

Currency

All balances, wagers, and winnings on ezezph are displayed and settled in Philippine Pesos. No currency conversion is applied. Players outside the Philippines who use foreign-currency payment instruments will be subject to any exchange rates applied by their issuing bank or payment provider; ezezph bears no responsibility for such charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ezezph offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotional page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before participating.

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to Philippine-resident players only.
• Each promotion is subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise stated. Activating a new bonus while another is active may void the previous bonus.
• ezezph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with an active bonus at the time of discontinuation will be notified and any accumulated progress will be honoured.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or collusion will be forfeited and the associated accounts closed.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on ezezph are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or through live dealer streams managed by licensed third-party game studios. Stated Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently audited and made available on the Platform.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on your device and the result recorded on the ezezph server, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. Technical malfunctions void all affected plays and the wager will be returned to the player's account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed. ezezph may adjust these limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on ezezph:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or with any employee of ezezph to gain an unfair advantage.

• Impersonating another player or any employee of ezezph.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to access or tamper with any part of the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or source code.

Violation of any prohibition listed above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and winnings, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

ezezph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. We strongly encourage all players to gamble within their means and to seek help if gambling is causing distress.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ezezph Platform — including but not limited to software, game mechanics, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ezezph or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezezph shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any services provided therein.

ezezph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ezezph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service outages may periodically affect platform availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

11. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by ezezph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ezezph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
